Jaypee Infratech Limited (JIL) is an Indian infrastructure development company engaged in the development of the Yamuna Expressway and related real estate projects. JIL a subsidiary of the Jaypee Group, was incorporated on April 5, 2007 as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to develop, operate and maintain the Yamuna Expressway in the state of Uttar Pradesh, connecting Noida and Agra. The Yamuna Expressway is a 165-kilometre access-controlled six-lane concrete pavement expressway along the river Yamuna, with the potential to be widened to an eight-lane expressway.
The company also has the right to develop 25 million square metres (approximately 6,175 acres) of land along the Yamuna Expressway at five locations for residential, commercial, amusement, industrial and institutional purposes.

Jaiprakash Power Ventures Limited (JPVL) is the power vehicle of the Jaypee Group. It has operational assets of 1700 MW that include the 300 MW Baspa - II , the 400 MW Vishnuprayag Hydropower Station and 1000 MW Karcham – Wangtoo Hydropower Project and is the largest hydropower producer in the private sector in India.
The Group is implementing two projects in Arunachal Pradesh , the 2700 MW Lower Siang and 500 MW Hirong. JPVL has also extended into implementation Agreement with Government of Meghalaya to set up 270 MW Umngot and 450 MW Kynshi Stage –II hydro power projects.
Jaypee Group is the 3rd largest cement producer in India. The Group started with one million ton plant in 1986 and within 25 years reached to an installed capacity of 21.3 MnTPA, including 2.2 MnTPA joint venture with Steel Authority of India (SAIL), a first for a company in India. The company is in the midst of capacity expansion of its cement business in Northern, Central, Western and Southern parts of the country and is slated to be a 41.40 MnTPA by FY-13 with captive thermal power plants capacity totalling 702 MW.

The Group is constructing 165 km long 6 lane Yamuna Expressway project from Noida to Agra and ribbon development on 6175 acres at five locations along the expressway for commercial, industrial, institutional, residential and amusement purposes, will also be undertaken as an integral part of the project.
Established in October 2007, Jaypee Sports International Ltd. (JPSI), Is a subsidiary of Jaiprakash Associates Limited JPSI). IS has developed India’s premier motorsports destination – Buddh International Circuit (BIC) – at Greater Noida, near India’s capital city New Delhi. BIC hosted India’s first ever F1- Grand Prix in 2011 and 2012 to a full house. It came in for praise from F1 drivers and other team members for being among the fastest and most challenging race circuit. JPSI, and its MD and CEO Mr Sameer Gaur, have got several national and international awards for the hugely successful conduct of the F1 races.
